The 2014 Division One Men’s NCAA Soccer season is officially underway. Preseason kicked-off yesterday, making the beginning of a long road a head for many College Cup hopefuls.
Notre Dame begins the new season as reigning national champions, thanks to a 2-1 victory over Maryland in the College Cup final last December. While seniors are gone, a new group of freshmen and transfer students arrive at colleges across our fine nation, wide-eyed and excited for their chance at glory.
NCAA Men’s Soccer team’s know how difficult playing the sport of soccer is on their bodies, but the passion and drive for future glory fuel each and every one of them. Just look at Patrick Mullins, Alec Sundly, Steve Neumann and Harrison Shipp, all standouts in college, now following their dreams in Major League Soccer.
