1. Green Bay

Green Bay is very interesting for many reasons. First and foremost, would another professional sports franchise survive against the Green Bay Packers? Realistically, probably not.

However, if MLS and the Packers were smart, the two parties would strike a deal similar to what the Atlanta Falcons and their soon to be MLS franchise did. Not only will the Falcons share their brand new stadium with their MLS expansion club, but the owner, Arthur Blank is the driving force behind the deal.

On a negative side, Green Bay is owned by their fans, making the deal a bit harder from a negotiation standpoint. Lambeau Field would/could be perfect for hosting soccer matches at, especially with how close fans sit to the field. Just another side thought, would it not be awesome if after a Green Bay player scored a goal, to see them do a Lambeau leap? Sounds pretty legit if you really think about it.

Also, players like Aaron Rodgers could also see an investment opportunity in the new club, another thought to ponder.
