It has been a mere few days since the MLS Cup Final was played and there has already been a lot of activity going on transaction wise. MLS just held the Expansion Draft on early on Wednesday and some notable names have been added to both Orlando City SC and New York City FC.

More from MLS

This is the time of the season where things can get really confusing for fans that aren’t “die hard” if you will. So we at Playingfor90 decided to put together a list of transactions that have happened throughout the league. We will do our best to keep the list updated as much as possible.

Just in case you missed what happened during the Expansion Draft, take a look at the 20 players that were selected. There were a few surprises if you ask me. I did not see Donovan Ricketts being the first overall pick. He is a bit long in the tooth if you ask me. Also Orlando City has Tally Hall on the roster. Sure he is coming off of an ACL injury, but he is a better player to have in goal if you ask me. Barring an injury, Rickets will be the man more than likely starting between the pipes when Orlando City plays their first MLS game.

I digress. Let’s take a look at who got selected during Wednesday’s Expansion Draft:

I still feel that New York City drafted better than Orlando City. The only draft pick that I question by New York City would be picking George John up. He missed most of the 2014 MLS season due to a knee injury and I feel that this will be a wasted pick. But what do I know?

Let’s take a look at what all twenty MLS teams having been doing this off-season.
