Liverpool:

In my opinion, Liverpool probably had one of the most successful transfer windows out of all European clubs. Not only did Liverpool bring in 9 incredible players, they brought in players that are on the cusp of hitting their best years. This leaves tons of potential for Brendan Rogers and The Reds for future seasons and the succession of the team as the season continues. It was obvious that Liverpool would have some difficulty with the best player in the league last season, Luis Suarez departing. But their focus has become bigger with the Champions League on the horizon and a great form of 2013/2014 behind them.

Liverpool’s defensive errors have surely shown great progress with Dejan Lovren, Mamadou Sahko (who we have yet to see the best of),Javier Manquillio and Alberto Moreno. This team is perfect for the two young Spanish defenders to develop as they will be most likely apart of the new face of La Roja in 2016. As for their attack, the new status of SAS has been adhered to by golden boy Raheem Sterling and Daniel Sturridge.

The Reds are also complimented with the new signings of Rickie Lambert and Serbian wonder Lazar Markovic. But above all else, Mario Balotelli will have the most interesting season. I believe if anyone can tame him it will be Brendan Rogers. And iif he starts to understand the gravity of his situation, being that he will no longer be granted chances after this one; he will be supported well at Anfield. In return I think Balotelli will provide what it is Liverpool lack.
