10. Columbus Crew

Just a few short weeks ago, the Columbus Crew were one of the best teams in Major League Soccer. Fast forward to the present day, and the Crew are scratching and clawing at the chance to make the final Eastern Conference playoff spot.

Sure, the Crew have talent in some areas, but the main fact is simple, the depth and experience on the roster is just not there. If Columbus were to make it past the first round of the playoffs, their next likely opponent would be either DC United or Sporting Kansas City, neither of which have issues with scoring goals. Even if Columbus faced the New England Revolution, their chances of making it past the two-game series significantly plummets.
