Gyasi Zardes (F)- LA Galaxy

Age: 23

Best fit for: England, Germany

Big frame and exceptionally built? Check. Great work ethic? Double-check. Funky haircut? That’s a triple-check for what Europeans want in a target forward.  A European move would be beneficial for the young LA Galaxy star, who has the incredible fortune of playing the position where the USMNT is thinnest. I know we have a lot of forwards, but how many big TARGET forwards do we have? Just the out of form Altidore, who is the #1 by default, really.  Altidore’s European experience gives him an edge over Gyasi, but a European move by the former Cal State product would quickly level the playing field.
