Barring 2014, Luis has made 25-plus appearances for RSL in his first four seasons.  He’s only got one call-up with the US senior team. However, he has caught some international attention after his spectacular goal against Spain in a losing effort at the 2013 Turkey U-20 World Cup.  He weaved in and out of the Spanish defense, eventually burying a shot from 25 yards out in the upper 90.  Impressive stuff from the 20 year old.

This season he has been a star for Real Salt Lake and could be going over the pond sooner than later.
