In goal is the aforementioned Rimando, although it should be noted that should he go down due to injury, he has more than ample replacements in Frei and Kennedy.  In the defense we find the converted left-back Robbie Rogers, who has made a home in defense after his move to LA from Leeds United last year.  Marshall and Orozco are the obvious pairing in central defense, while Franklin rounds out the defense at right back.  The defensive midfield consists of two Philadelphia Union teammates, Okugo and Edu, who have plenty experience playing together although it came with its fair share of controversy and Okugo transfer rumors.  Sacha Kljestan sits above them at Central Attacking Mid.  He is flanked by the two best Luis’s in MLS, Silva and Gil.  Up top is the poacher himself, Chris Wondolowski.  He’ll look from service from the central midfield, and will equally rely on putting back some of Silva and Gil’s deflected shots; be it due to the post/crossbar, or opposing goalkeeping prowess.
