MLS Transactions Update

Another let down for the Seattle Sounders. Six straight years in the playoffs and six straight years without the MLS Cup trophy. They did however win their fourth Lamar Hunt US Open Cup trophy and once again showed the league how much depth they really have. The Sounders were fortunate to only lose one player in the expansion draft but they did lose a few others due to retirement.

Sporting KC will be moving west with the Dynamo in the uber competitive Western Conference. It will no longer be a cake walk for Sporting like it was in the East. Sporting struggled at times this season and lost one of their better players in a trade to Orlando City. Good luck next year Peter Vermes, your going to need it.
