No longer the only team in “New York” the New York Red Bulls are coming off arguably one of their most successful seasons in MLS. Yes, I know they won the Supporters Shield in 2013 but where did that get them? Nowhere. It appears that Thierry Henry is not coming back and who knows what is going on with Tim Cahill. The Red Bulls will need to replace them and replace them quickly before NYCFC take over.

They made a trade with the Dynamo for Tally Hall and also picked up Donovan Ricketts in the expansion draft on Wednesday. They have a rabid fan base would will not accept anything but success. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are similar to the Seattle Sounders when speaking of success in the league.
