Watford-A

While I think this team’s bubble may burst, they are significantly outperforming their talent level at the moment. Odion Ighalo is the best Premier League striker you’ve never heard of and somehow they’ve managed to cobble and adequate defense out of a group of players that is largely anonymous.

I’ve called them the Premier League’s most bizarre team of the year and I still stand by that. If you look at their collection of players, even their performances on the season, it does not add up to a team that’s in the 11th position. Nonetheless, that’s exactly where Watford is. Congrats to them and their well deserved A. Go hang it on your refrigerator now before the next report card comes out.
