We know that Zenit is going to have a managerial opening at the end of the season. Don’t forget that former Tottenham manager Andrew Villas-Boas has already informed the club that he’ll be leaving at the end of the season. They should give a strong look at Mourinho as AVB’s replacement.

Zenit isn’t exactly firing on all cylinders at the moment, so it’s even possible that the Russian Club might be inspired to move for Mourinho before AVB’s scheduled departure.
