4. Sell Jerome Sinclair

This move won’t be popular with all Liverpool fans and I can certainly understand why. Sinclair looks to be quite a prodigious young talent, but for various reasons it just doesn’t seem as if things are going to work out for him at Anfield.

Instead, Watford is rumored to be his next destination whether he gets a move in January or simply waits for his contract to expire at the end of the season. There have been various rumors along the way that his father is keen on engineering a move away from the club, but Sinclair is now owning that desire on his own.

No matter who is behind his desire to leave, it puts Liverpool in a tough spot. They either need to move him immediately or face an uncertain fee for him when his contract expires. It’s a safe bet that cooler heads will prevail here and Sinclair will get his wish to move sooner rather than later.

It won’t be a bumper fee for Klopp to reinvest, but they can at least get an unhappy player away from their youth setup. Best case, they might be able to push Watford or another Premier League club to spend five million pounds on the young English talent.

In the end, it will mean Liverpool seeing a young talent walk away from their club. It’s a trend that Jurgen Klopp will be looking to stop as his tenure rolls on.
