Arsenal have more business to conduct in the January transfer window if they intend to win the Premier League

Arsenal can have no other goal this season, but to win a Premier League title. Anything less than that will be considered a failure for Arsene Wenger and the Gunners.

As a result, they have to choose their actions in the January transfer window carefully. One wrong move could cost them the title they so dearly covet. Perhaps more importantly, the failure to make one key transfer could also prove disastrous for the North London club.

Wenger has already made one addition with the purchase of Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Elneny, but they can’t sit back and rest on the laurels of that one transfer. There still is significant work to be done if they want to be crowned champions.

Will the club sit tight with Olivier Giroud as their starting striker? That’s the question that most fans and pundits will focus on leading up to Deadline Day, but I think there’s room to improve other spots in their attack. They can add to their goal scoring capability without signing a new number nine.

Read on to find out five moves Arsenal will be working on right up until Deadline Day.
