4. Their offensive firepower

I’m not sure if you’ve heard about it, but Leicester has an English striker that’s scored a few goals this season. Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and the rest of the Foxes’ attackers have more than enough firepower to bring home a Premier League title.

More from Leicester City

Vardy and Mahrez have combined for an incredible 33 goals on the season and have added a total of 13 assists as well. No other Premier League side boasts quite such a prolific duo.

They’ve got enough offense in just those two men, to go on a hot streak that could make them absolutely unplayable. As soon as opposing defenses manage to slow one of them down, the second man comes alive. The fact that both have the ability to create chances from absolutely nowhere doesn’t help either.

Their firepower means that no matter what the score, Leicester always has the ability to come back and win the match. The opposition simply can’t put enough goals past Kasper Schmeichel to bury the Foxes until the final whistle blows.

Having two attackers having career seasons at the same time is a luxury that other Premier League title contenders simply don’t enjoy. The firepower of Vardy and Mahrez give Leicester a special edge down the stretch.
