2. Petr Cech – Arsenal FC

Petr Cech has been there, seen it and done it. A truly fantastic goalkeeper, who went through a horrible injury and came back and proved all the doubters wrong to become one of the best goalkeepers ever in the Premier League.

His long spell with Chelsea was sadly brought to an end this summer due to Courtois’ arrival last season, a decision many Chelsea fans don’t agree with, however, Arsenal were lucky enough to catch him for a steal of just £10 million in the summer and he has given them the brick wall they have needed for many years.

This season Cech has become the all time clean sheet holder in the Premier League with 174 clean sheets, overtaking David James. Cech also has the most clean sheets this season over any goalkeeper with 12 and has been vital in Arsenal’s sustained title challenge.

I have put Cech second because I believe he is one of the ever in the Premier League, but right now I feel that one goalkeeper tops it and the Champions League winner should find himself very unlucky to be at second place.
