4. Harry Kane’s impact up front
In his blistering run last year, Harry Kane was the difference in the North London Derby last year and will look to do so again this year. Kane scored two goals in Tottenham’s 2-1 win at White Hart Lane with two great finishes. His second goal was the better of the two as he scored a header across his body with the slightest of touches. Kane will look to re-spark his season against Arsenal.
Harry Kane has suffered a sophomore slump this season as teams are now game planning for him on defense. He also been very wasteful with his chances this year and hasn’t shown the finishing ability he showed last year.
Although Kane has scored 16 goals this season, he hasn’t scored in his past four games. His last goal came against Manchester City when he beat Joe Hart from a spot kick that leveled up the game for Spurs that they eventually won.
Against an Arsenal defense that has made some errors in the past few games, he may be gifted a chance or two in this game. But he must be cynical in his chances and finish them off. He is the main man up top for Spurs and must play like it.
