3. Will Joel Campbell be given a chance to start at striker?

Getting the start over Oliver Giroud in the last game, Joel Campbell played brilliantly for the Gunners. Campbell scored a great goal, his third of the season, to begin the scoring in the game. He made a good run behind the Swansea defense and was played a great ball by Alexis.

Campbell then hit the ball in on a sliding volley into the far post for his first goal with the Gunners since January 9th. It was good to see Campbell, who was an unused sub for Arsenal’s past two games against Barcelona and Manchester United, get a start and make an impact for the Gunners.

He showed a good ability to get the ball up forward for Arsenal and also hold the ball up to keep possession for the Gunners. He made an impact that Gunner fans have been looking from Oliver Giroud all season and he was being cheered from every corner in the Emirates.

Arsene Wenger decided to take him off in the second half and the fans booed the choice. Campbell played well enough to be given a second chance in starting. If not starting, he should be given some game time against Tottenham in this derby.
