1. Can Juventus complete the upset?

Underdog. It is a word that Juventus has been associated with when it comes to the Champions League. They were underdogs last year as they made a shock run to the final in which they lost to a top Barcelona team. But they made some shockers along the way, beating Real Madrid in the semi’s and thrashing Borussia Dortmund a round earlier. Now they will have to step up and do the same against Bayern Munich.

They will be entering a very tough environment as not many teams have won in the Allianz Arena in the past couple of years. Bayern have done very well protecting their home field and it will be a tough go.

They will also have to deal with the Bayern blitz that they used last year in the second legs of the Champions League. After struggling in the first legs last year against Porto and Shaktar Donetsk, Bayern Munich thrashed their opponents in the return leg in Germany. They are just a different team at home.

But Juventus are also great on the road. They were able to thrash Dortmund 3-0 in Dortmund and were able to draw Real Madrid and knock them out of the Champions League. Juventus can certainly beat Bayern Munich, they just have to believe.
