Everton – 9 players

Romelu Lukaku (Belgium)
Kevin Mirallas (Belgium)
Aiden McGeady (Republic of Ireland)
James McCarthey (Republic of Ireland)
Darron Gibson (Republic of Ireland)
Seamus Coleman (Republic of Ireland)
Phil Jagielka (England)
John Stones (England)
Ross Barkley (England)

Everton are suffering through a season of dashed expectations in the Premier League and given the amount of talent on the squad should be performing better than a midtable squad. Still, the Toffees should be sending a sizable contingent to Euro 2016 with most of the talent concentrated in two nations.

Unsurprisingly, many of the Everton stars are also stars for the Republic of Ireland and should be among the first names on Martin O’Neill’s teamsheet. Even Aiden McGeady who is currently on loan with Sheffield Wednesday should be included in the squad as they make just their third appearance in the Euros.

Ross Barkley and Phil Jagielka are near locks to make the England squad but John Stones is still not a shoo-in. The young defender has had his struggles this season but with England being so thin at centerback may find his name on the final list.

Romelu Lukaku will be leading the line for Belgium while Kevin Mirallas will be hoping for a call-up to the squad. He is not in the current squad for this international break but may yet breakthrough depending on injuries and form heading in to the final stretch of the club season.
