Manchester City – 8 Players

Fabian Delph (England)
Joe Hart (England)
Raheem Sterling (England)
David Silva (Spain)
Kevin De Bruyne (Belgium)
Vincent Kompany (Belgium)
Eliaquim Mangala (France)
Bacary Sagna (France)

Without the injury factor, nearly all eight of these Manchester City players would be included in their nations’ squads for Euro 2016. Unfortunately, Joe Hart, Vincent Kompany, Fabian Delph, Kevin De Bruyne, and Raheem Sterling are either recovering from a major injury or have suffered an injury of varying severity.

De Bruyne, Kompany, and Hart are all automatic inclusions in a starting XI with Sterling becoming a favorite of Roy Hodgson’s since the 2014 World Cup because of his pace and gamebreaking ability. If healhty, all should be on the way to France.

Fabian Delph was never a sure thing for England and with his injury and lack of gametime is a doubt to make the squad. Eliaquim Mangala has failed to impress and is not on the current France squad but the injury to Kurt Zouma could see him being included as well.

David Silva and Bacary Sagna are near-automatic selections for their respective managers and will be in the squads barring injury.
