Kurt Zouma

The French defender is perfect for this role at Stamford Bridge. Coming off of a torn ACL, it’ll be interesting to see what type of form the youngster displays. However, he’s proved this season, that he’s ready to start and take on the challenges.

What better way to learn his trade, by playing next to an experienced centre back, along with coverage from a left-wing back. Look for the Zouma to take his progression a few steps further next season. He’s been quite the player the last few seasons and all things point for him to continue to grow.

Furthermore, Conte is known for taking a lot of time with his centre backs. He’s assembled some of the strongest Italian defenses in the last decade. The Italian manager will relish the challenge to blood another young centre back.

Overall, Zouma should flourish under Conte next season.
