5. Jesus Navas

This might be a tough decision for Guardiola to move on from the Spanish winger but it may be the right move. Navas has suffered a down year with Manchester City this year. In his 26 games he has started with the club this season, he has only scored one goal and that was in the Capital One Cup. He has failed to get on the scoring mark in the Premier League and although he has tallied four assists, not scoring has been troubling for City.

Navas has seemed to lost confidence in his offensive ability as we have seen multiple times where he was clear on goal but he chose to pass the ball back. Granted Manchester City have great attacking players like De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero but that shouldn’t mean Navas has to force a pass to them.

Manchester City have a lot of depth at the wing as the likes of David Silva all the way to Raheem Sterling could play on the wing. In fact, there are an excess of wings on City and with Guardiola looking to bring in some of his own players, Navas could be the odd man out.

Navas could be headed back to La Liga as he has been linked to clubs such as Sevilla.
