11. Joe Hart

This may be the easiest decision of the entire starting line up. Without a doubt, Joe Hart deserves his spot in the eleven. The Manchester City keeper has earned his spot, being one of the best keepers in the Premier League and, some say in the world. Although he is not as good as he was a few years ago, when City won the Premier League, he is above and beyond his counterparts Fraser Forster and Jack Butland.

More from Playing for 90

Forster and Butland have earned praise from their respective teams, Stoke City and Southhampton, Hodgson said that he has already assured Joe Hart he is the number one keeper ahead of the EURO Finals.

Hart has 13 clean sheets this season to lead the Premier League, ahead of Petr Cech for Arsenal. He also has over 60 saves this season.

He knows how to lead a top-notch team from the back and can help lead this team that has young players scattered throughout the squad. He has played in huge games for Manchester City and England. This tournament will be no different for the 28-year-old. He will be looked to for leadership and to make big saves in crucial moments for England.
