3. The Goalkeepers

I’m not going to solely focus on the strikers for this game as it will be showcasing the two best goalkeepers in the league. The France and Tottenham captain, Hugo Lloris has been a vital part of the Tottenham team this season and as ever seems like the most chilled man around in a nail-biting title race. However, no doubting that David De Gea is just as good as Lloris and it is fair to say United could be a lot worse off if they didn’t have him in their team.

De Gea came very close to leaving in the summer to Spanish giants, Real Madrid, but he stuck it out and has become one of United’s most reliable players and without him they could be in trouble against an unstoppable Harry Kane. However, Lloris is just as important to Tottenham and it could be said that Tottenham would be nowhere near the title race if it wasn’t for him.

It is very rare to say, but, these two goalkeepers can be match winners and have the capability to change a game. A single save from them, that some other keepers could only dream of making, could win their side a game or change a game in their favour. If either of these keepers are on top form on Sunday, then it could prove very difficult for even the best strikers to get past them and might be a frustrating afternoon if one of them performs.
