Probably the most complete player on this list and really in all of Liga MX resides in Monterrey playing for Los Rayados. Dorlan Pabon has been the ultimate teammate and player for the best team in the league finding ways to score and most importantly finding ways to involve his team.

Pabon scored 7 goals this campaign, contributing to the highest scoring club in the league (38). However, his league leading 9 assists is what makes him the most vital player to Monterrey’s attack and success. He contributed to 16 goals on the season and if he can do the same in the playoffs, Monterrey could be headed for a long run to the championship.
