Jose Mourinho will do more than just bring new talent into the fold at Manchester United
Manchester United fans are obsessed with the rumors of what stars new boss Jose Mourinho is going to bring to Old Trafford next season. They are so preoccupied with that idea, that they’ve forgotten that Mourinho also has the ability to really help improve players already in the squad.
Chances are, we’ll know pretty quickly which players the new United boss is willing to work with. Any player who doesn’t seem to fit into the Portuguese boss’s idea of an ideal United player is going to see himself sold pretty quickly.
Those who remain, will have the opportunity to work with one of the world’s top tactical managers. Mourinho certainly has his issues with managing personalities, but he knows the game of football better than almost anyone else on Earth. He’s shown the ability to really help players who fit his idea of what a modern footballer should be.
There are several current squad members that are very likely to benefit from Mourinho’s arrival. Not everyone at the club feels the way that Juan Mata and Daley Blind probably do. These five Manchester United stars have a chance to really hone their skills under Jose Mourinho next season.
