Group B

SL Benfica
SSC Napoli
Dinamo Kiev
Besiktas JK

This groups is a bit less definitive than some of the others as all four clubs have a legitimate chance of advancing to the knockout stage. Besiktas and Dinamo Kiev are both good sides that won their respective domestic leagues and are back with more firepower in 2016-17.

Napoli lost their main man Gonzalo Higuain to domestic rivals Juventus over the summer and will struggle to replace his incredible goal output but will still likely have enough to advance to the knockout stage.

The true battle will be for the second place and even for the third place in the group as all three other clubs will be hoping for either a place in the knockout round or on to the Europa League. Besiktas looks to be the third best side in the group but they will be incredibly hard to beat in the cauldron that is their home in Istanbul.

Napoli wins the group, Besiktas finishes second in a shock, Benfica third, and Kiev narrowly miss out by finishing fourth.
