1. Oscar

This name might surprise more than a few Chelsea fans. After all, Oscar has started five Premier League matches already this season, and seems to feature heavily into Antonio Conte’s plans.

My belief that he should part with Oscar in January is because of two main factors. The first depends on the rumor that AC Milan are interested in making a bid of nearly 40 million pounds for the Brazilian this winter. The Serie A giants are desperate to purchase a big name attacker, and Oscar fits the bill.

There’s no way he’s worth that sum of money though. If Chelsea receive an offer like that for the talented midfielder, they’d be wise to cash in immediately.

The second reason they should move Oscar is because he isn’t a great fit for the way Conte wants to play. He, somewhat like Fabregas, lacks the athleticism and toughness to really work as a box-to-box midfielder. That means it’s only a matter of time before he slips out of the club’s starting XI.

Selling Oscar in January would really be best for everyone involved. He could get a fresh start at a club where he could play every week, and Chelsea could use the funds from his transfer to buy new recruits.
