Chelsea – 19 managers

Since Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich purchased Chelsea in 2003 the club has experienced amazing success. They have also gone through 15 managers in 13 years.

Prior to the Abramovich era Arsenal under Wenger always finished above Chelsea in the standings. Since then it’s been a different story.

Jose Mourinho led Chelsea to the club’s first two Premier League titles between 2004-2006.

Carlo Ancelotti was manager for Chelsea’s next championship in 2009-2010.

With Roberto Di Matteo in charge for the last months of the 2011-2012 season Chelsea went on to win the Champions League trophy.

In his second stint as Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho led the club to the Premier League title for the 2014-2015 season. He was relieved of his duties last December with Chelsea languishing near the bottom of the table.
