Eric Dier – £40 million

Dier had an amazing 2015-16 campaign that saw him take the Premier League by storm. It even earned him a place in the England squad. Unfortunately, his form has dipped sharply this year.

That has depressed his value a bit, but not completely. His youth and English pedigree still make him slightly more valuable than Wanyama. The club are confident that he’ll return to top form soon. Once he does, his transfer value will increase even more.

Tom Carroll – £5 million

I’ve written on several occasions on why the club just need to be done with Tom Carroll. There’s zero chance that he’ll impact the first team in a positive way. As such, Spurs should be willing to part with him for anything resembling a respectable offer.

£5 million isn’t a significant fee, but it would be enough to allow Tottenham to save some face. Carroll could even leave White Hart Lane for slightly less.

Harry Winks – £25 million

Winks has shot past Carroll in the club’s midfield pecking order and his transfer value reflects that. He may not have star potential, but he’s almost a lock to grow into a solid Premier League regular.

That kind of ability as a young Englishman will push your transfer value up in a hurry. Tottenham  would greatly prefer to hang on to Winks and allow him to develop at White Hart Lane. A bid in excess of £25 million might convince them to part with him.
