Tottenham will start a heavily rotated squad against West Brom

Tottenham’s 2-0 demolition against Manchester City was only 12 days ago, but it seems more like a decade. Much has changed since Spurs’ sparkling effort. Now Mauricio Pochettino is changed with picking the right team to earn a crucial three points at West Brom.

It’s safe to assume that Pochettino is going to pick a heavily rotated squad for the trip. He admitted as much yesterday in his pre-match press conference. With so many stars returning to England at various times from International duty it will be a real challenge to pick a fit, cohesive starting XI.

Even under the most normal circumstances, playing a Tony Pulis managed squad is fraught with plenty of challenges. He will do everything possible to put the Baggies in position to grind out any sort of result. Expect a very rough and physical confrontation. It isn’t likely to be a match for the faint of heart.

This match also happens to be the club’s first in a stretch of seven games in just 23 days. All of this adds up for a heavily rotated Spurs starting XI. Read on to discover the 11 stars Pochettino will select for this unique mission.
