Dele Alli-7

Alli rescued a point with a magnificent side-footed finish for Tottenham’s only goal. Unfortunately, the rest of his performance wasn’t nearly that impressive.

In particular, he failed to put Spurs on top despite a one-on-one opportunity against Foster in the first half. He left his shot low and the Baggies’ keeper handled it with ease. If he converts that chance, we could have seen a very different second half.

Moussa Sissoko-5.5

The Frenchman was mercifully replaced by Mousa Dembele after 65 minutes of anonymous play. It was exactly the sort of performance that made Newcastle fans happy to see him leave their club.

If Sissoko’s play doesn’t improve quickly, he could find himself out of the matchday squad. It’s hard to imagine Pochettino being satisfied with the sort of play he’s provided thus far.

Erik Lamela-6

It was a very strange game for the Argentine attacker. Usually, Spurs fans criticize him for being wasteful with the ball. Against West Brom, he didn’t see enough of it to squander possession.

Frankly, it was one of the most average performances I’ve ever seen from Lamela. He didn’t do anything terrible, nor did he do anything excellent. I can’t decide whether I should be encouraged or dejected.
