1. United can’t handle Mane

There have been quite a few times over the past 12 months when it seemed like Sadio Mane would end up calling Old Trafford home. Unfortunately for Manchester United, they were never able to push a transfer deal with Southampton over the line.

Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp managed to succeed where United failed. They met the Saints’ asking price and as such, Mane now calls Anfield home. The transaction has been working out very well for Liverpool.

More from Liverpool FC

Mane is arguably the hottest attacker in the Premier League at the moment. He’s scored three goals and added one assist in just six league matches this season. Even more impressive, he’s earned a Whoscored.com player rating average of 8.02.

His hot run of form is strong enough to turn this match in Liverpool’s favor. If United have any hope of getting a positive result, they’ll need to keep the Senegalese star quiet. I don’t like their chances of getting that done. Back the slick midfielder to find success against United’s defense.
