We all know Zlatan Ibrahimovic is still one of the world’s best strikers, and he can make a huge difference. Paul Pogba, who arrived for a world record fee from Juventus, has shown some glimpses of his talent. But the midfielder, 23, will need some time to adjust to the levels of the English game, and once he does, he can run the show for Manchester United. Henrikh Mkhitaryan has also struggled with injuries since his move to United. Once he gets fit again, he will be a real threat for the opposition defences.
So Manchester United still have the potential to win English Premier League this season. Jose Mourinho will know that he and his side can celebrate at the end of the season, provided they can perform at the levels they are capable of.
