1. Robert Lewandowski – Bayern Munich
Bayern Munich have dominated the Bundesliga over the past few seasons, and forward Robert Lewandowski has led much of the charge. The Polish national team captain is the spearhead of a star-studded formation that more times than not can be too much for any opposing side.
Lewandowski’s size and skill on the ball can be difficult for any backline to keep up with. The surrounding cast at Bayern only make his abilities even more effective. Thomas Muller, Franck Ribery and Arturo Vidal all can set up the powerful Lewandowski to find more and more goals.

After leaving his native Poland, Lewandowski starred for Borussia Dortmund at the beginning of the decade. He scored over 70 goals with Dortmund, leading them to a league title and a UEFA Champions League final appearance in 2013.
A move to Bayern Munich has not changed Lewa’s ability to find the back of the net, scoring 42 goals across all competitions last season alone. His performance against Wolfsburg last September was certainly one that will not be forgotten anytime soon. Showing zero mercy for defenders around him, Lewandowski scored five goals in nine minutes in an electrifying display.
Already with five goals in 2016-17, Robert Lewandowski and the Bayern Munich machine are keeping a steady course toward a fifth consecutive Bundesliga championship this season.
