Son Heung-Min v Alex Iwobi

Here’s another spot on the pitch where each club have real wild cards. Both Son and Iwobi are capable of true moments of brilliance. Of course, they’re also capable of long stretches of anonymous play.

Immediately after Kane’s injury, Son was downright amazing for Spurs. Unfortunately, his form has significantly cooled down after his hot start. He’s struggled mightily in his last several starts for Spurs.

Iwobi, on the other hand, has been inconsistent all year long for Arsene Wenger. One match he looks the part of a budding star, and the next he looks as if he needs a Championship loan. There are real questions as to whether or not he can handle the pressure of a North London Derby at this stage of his career.

I’ll give Son the slight edge here, but it’s a matchup that could go either way. Son has to win this battle for Tottenham to stand a chance of pulling the upset.

Advantage: Tottenham
