Arsenal

Arsenal Football Club was founded in 1886.

The team has played in England’s top division every year except for two. Back in 1913 the club, then known as Woolwich Arsenal, finished in last place.  They were relegated to Division 2 where they remained for two seasons.

  • 14 FA Community Shields
  • One UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup

Arsenal finished fifth in 1995-1996. Since then, the Gunners have never ended a season outside of the top four.
