Sanchez is Arsenal’s focal point
Since arriving at Arsenal in July 2014, Sanchez has become one of the most important players at the club.
In addition to his goal scoring prowess, Sanchez is the quintessential team player. He is like an Energizer Bunny on the pitch. He is constantly moving and regularly tracks back to help out on defense.
At Barcelona Sanchez was surplus to requirements. On a roster loaded with superstars such as Messi and Neymar, Sanchez took a back seat. For a player that likes to be on the pitch at all times, his move to Arsenal made perfect sense. No longer was he a role player. In London Sanchez is the main man.
Arsene Wenger is playing Sanchez as a central striker this season. In his new position he is the focal point on the pitch. Along with Mesut Ozil he is one of the engines that drives this Arsenal team.
Some have even started comparing him to Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.
