Sanchez has stated many times that he is happy in London and has adapted to life in the city. His Instagram account is loaded with photos of he and his teammates smiling and joking around.

He is also enjoying his new role as a central striker. In a recent interview with Arsenal’s club website Sanchez said, “I like it as a centre forward because I can get involved in the play more. I have the chance to drop deep a little bit more and that means I can link up with my team-mates more.”

So far this season the Chilean has scored eight goals and provided five assists in 15 games.

Last week ESPN reprinted part of an interview conducted between Sanchez and ESPN Brazil.  When asked if he is happy with how he is being utilized by Arsenal this season, Sanchez said:

"I love this style of play and I am very happy to be with the club. I have adapted well, the team moves the ball better. And what I like is that when I go out to put on the pressure, the entire line runs in behind me together. I love the football here [in England]. It’s back and forth, attack and defend, attack and defend. The fans love it and it is fun to watch as well."
