Christian Eriksen-5

Some may consider this rating harsh, but I’m tired of watching Eriksen serve as a passenger for Spurs matches. He’s got world-class talent and he’s playing at a Championship level at the moment. He is the man most responsible for Spurs’ offensive struggles.

If you disagree with me, let me pose a question to you. What does Eriksen offer you on the pitch if it isn’t offensive production? It’s not as if he’s going to influence the match on the defensive end. He’s almost allergic to challenges this season.

The Danish midfielder needs to improve his form immediately. If he doesn’t, he needs to be treated like the luxury player he’s been so far this season.

Mousa Dembele-6

Dele Alli believes Dembele is the most talented player at Tottenham, and I can understand why. When he’s gliding with the ball it’s a true thing of beauty.

Unfortunately, he just doesn’t do enough for me. If he’s so talented, why isn’t he dominating more matches? I’m starting to believe he’s the sort of player that looks better than he actually plays. Many Spurs fans will consider that harsh, but I call it like I see it.
