Since July 13th, Seattle would go on to finish the season 9-4-4, soaring up to fourth place by season’s end. Thanks to lights out play from Nicolas Lodeiro and Morris, Seattle would go on a three-game and four-game win streak. Before the massive turn around, it appeared Seattle was doomed for another disappointing finish and more dust collecting on their MLS Cup trophy case.
