3. Vincent Janssen

Janssen is another Tottenham player that hasn’t enjoyed the sort of season he would have hoped. He was brought in to provide goal scoring cover for Harry Kane, but has struggled mightily to find the back of the net.

His goal scoring struggles were exacerbated during Harry Kane’s injury absence. Spurs needed him to score often in their talisman’s absence, but he couldn’t get the job done. Janssen’s struggles are a huge concern for the higher-ups at White Hart Lane.

It’s very possible that Daniel Levy could dip into the January transfer market to find some competition for the Dutch striker. Janssen could fight off that competition with some success in Europa League play.

It’s not time for Tottenham fans to give up on Janssen yet. He still needs time to settle in at the club. European football at Wembley could be just the thing to kickstart his goal scoring for Spurs.
