5 Premier League managers that could be sacked in 2017

Which Premier League managers are the most likely to face the sack in the new year?

As the holidays approach it means that the Premier League Festive Holiday period is upon us. The games will be coming thick and fast and a lot of points are there to be won or lost. Of course that means lots of pressure on managers.

The stats show that the chances for a team at the bottom of the table come Christmas to survive relegation are slim. Therefore we already know that the next few weeks are going to be crucial for current bottom dwellers Sunderland, Swansea City and Hull.

There are a number of other teams where managers are looking over their shoulders while trying to deal with stress. West Ham, Leicester City, Burnley and Crystal Palace are all within a few points of the drop zone.

The one manager of that group whose job is almost certainly safe is Claudio Ranieri. The Foxes are struggling but after leading  the Midlands club to the title last season, Ranieri is a local cult hero.
