3. Jose Mourinho

The special one has been anything but that this season. He has made some questionable decisions during matches, from substitutions to kicking water bottles on the touchline. His player selection has been under fire since match one and will continue to be an issue with fans.

Grinding out results, however, will be all that the fans care about in the end. He will have to be very cautious selecting the team he starts this weekend.

Mourinho is under fire after every match. His antics on and off the field are constantly in the spotlight, but that all comes with coaching one of the biggest clubs in the world. His team has been under-performing on a massive scale this season, and it is up to him to turn them around.

This match against the Spurs will be a big test for him in terms of tactical quality and overall result. He should plan for nothing short of a full three points.
