5. Kiko Casilla

It may be tough for former Espanyol goalkeeper Kiko Casilla to assert himself in the Real Madrid goal. Keylor Navas has become undisputed number one over the last year. After almost joining Manchester United in the summer of 2015 as part of a swap deal for David De Gea, he has gone from strength to strength for Los Blancos.

He and Casilla arrived at the same time, in 2014, and there was a genuine debate as to which would be then boss Carlo Ancelotti’s first choice. Casilla had earned himself a great reputation in Barcelona and there was an argument to say he was better than Navas.

But, as it is, Casilla is in need of something to spark his career in the Spanish capital. This trip to Japan could be the time Zidane gets a real look at him.

If not, like Coentrao, it might be time to look at a move away. LaLiga clubs could do much worse, but there would be more lucrative moves to the Premier League or the ever-growing Chinese Super League,

Once upon a time, Liverpool were reportedly keen and while that ship may have sailed, it is unlikely that Navas will be usurped.
