The draw for the Champions League round of 16 is over. Which match-ups will be the most exciting and which teams will move on?

The draw for the round of 16 took place this week. We now know which teams will play each other beginning in February.

While fans of each of the remaining 16 teams hoped to avoid the big boys such as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, the fact is that at this stage of the tournament there really aren’t any easy games.

There are a number of familiar opponents as well as some top draw match-ups to look forward to. As every Arsenal fan already knew before any of the balls were drawn in Switzerland, the club’s reward for finishing first in Group A is a meeting with familiar foes Bayern Munich. There’s another familiar match-up as Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain have been paired together.

Napoli finished top of Group B and instead of a lesser opponent, the Italian club will take on last year’s winners Real Madrid.

Tournament debutants Leicester City topped Group G and were handed a meeting with defending Europa League champions Sevilla.

There’s the possibility that some of the teams may try to strengthen their squads during the January transfer window.  In the meantime, here’s a look at each of the eight draws ranked in order from the least exciting to the can’t miss match of the round.
