Arsenal visit the Etihad Stadium this weekend to take on Manchester City. Based on current form Arsenal will go in to the match confident that they can leave with all three points

Both Arsenal and Manchester City face a big test of their title credential this weekend. The two sides will meet at the Etihad Stadium as they chase Chelsea for the top spot in the table. Just one point currently separates Arsenal in third from City in fourth.

Arsenal have been riding high in the league since an opening day loss to Liverpool. That impressive run hit a speed bump in midweek as the Gunners lost 2-1 away to Everton.

At the same time, Pep Guardiola is learning that there are no easy matches in the Premier League. His team won its first six matches with ease. Since then it’s been a mixed bag with three wins, three draws and three losses. City’s 2-0 defeat of Watford on Wednesday was the club’s first home win since a September victory over Bournemouth.

Taking all three points from this weekend’s match will go a long way to keeping the dream of a Premier League championship alive for the winning side.

Most pundits are predicting a draw but here are five reasons that Arsenal will be victorious over Manchester City.
