3. The Spurs attack is on fire

It’s taken a while to get going, but Pochettino’s attack has really started to find its feet over the past several weeks. In particular, Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen have all found their form over the last run of Premier League fixtures.

When all three of those attacking players are at their best, it’s impossible for any Premier League defense to keep them all quiet. Conte’s Chelsea sport an incredibly disciplined defense, but that trio can simply be overwhelming.

In particular, I’d look for Spurs to try to isolate Gary Cahill whenever possible. He’s been the one weak link in Conte’s defense this season. If he finds himself lined up against either Dele or Kane in a one v one situation, it’s going to end poorly for the Blues.

There probably won’t be a ton of scoring chances in this match, but the bright form of Tottenham’s attackers should make them the more clinical finishers. The side that take their chances are going to win this match, and Tottenham are in a better position to do just that.
