             4. Jorge Sampaoli

Arrival of Jorge Sampaoli can bring a lot of excitement to Barcelona, given his resume and coaching style.

The Argentine has enjoyed a tremendous spell in charge of the Chilean national team, which includes winning 2015 Copa America and knocking out Spain during the 2014 World Cup group stage. He also has his Sevilla side playing their best football at the moment, as the Andalusians are third on the league table just trailing Barcelona by a point and are in the knock out round of the Champions League.

He is tipped as one of the strong candidates at the moment to replace Luis Enrique by the Spanish media and although he in under contract with Sevilla until June of 2018, he has not ruled out leaving a year earlier to move to the Catalan giants. He will bring more aggressiveness and intensity to the side, who often lack in both of those areas.
